Muslims and health

As salamu alaikum,

First of all, I want to thank you for filling out this survey. May Allah reward you for your effort.

This survey is a part of my graduation assignment (a marketingplan) about halal healthsupplements. The goal of this survey is to improve the quality of healthproducts and to create healthproducts that better fit the needs of the islamic society in the UK. This survey is developed for muslims living in the UK and can be filled out by muslims that use or don't use health supplements.

To thank you for your effort, Halalvital has allowed me to give away one product. Therefore I have chosen to give away one free container of Vitamin D to 1 of the respondents including free shippment + 10% discount on any product of halalvital for all respondents.

The survey should only take 5 min.

If you have any questions about the survey or encounter any problems, please send an email to service@halalvital.com.

Wa salaam,
