We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard. We use Ingenico as our card payment provider. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. Your Credit Card statement will show your payment has been made to the Castletown Health Store No financial information is stored on our site, nor is it stored on our servers or held physically in our offices.
Fraud Screening - FRAUD-WATCH
We now operate additional fraud screening components on our site. Orders may be processed to the shipped stage but we reserve the right to stop an order if if does not satisfy the additional screening that has been implemented. Orders that are stopped will be cancelled and the payment refunded or voided. A message will be sent to the email recorded on the order and the payment processor will be advised. We accept that genuine orders may be stopped by this fraud screening process but if we are unable to confirm the validity at the time we will cancel the order. Links This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we're not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site. Multiple Product Orders For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless we inform you otherwise.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The HalalVital store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. HalalVital online sales is a Business to Consumer (B2C) store and we can provide a VAT invoice on request. However, we are not a Business to Business operator and cannot provide B2B terms via the online shop. If you require this form of business then you will need to contact HalalVital Headoffice for their terms. We do not accept orders by email. You must place your order online. We do not retain credit card information for repeat transactions.
Order Tracking and Caims
We send all of the orders we receive by a Recorded service to ensure you receive your order. If you do not receive your order please let us know and we will track your order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. We do not accept claims for orders that are sent to the correct address and have been signed for.
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether HalalVital signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time. Out-of-Stock Products We will ship your order as products become available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 12:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. We will advise by email of the estimated time to expect the order. Per order a discount code can be applied. Only one discount per order is valid. Discount codes not used can not be refunded. Discount Codes are valid for 30 days.
Restocking / Administration
Returned orders and cancellation of orders will be subject to a restocking / administration fee of 15%.
Returns / Refunds
If you are based within the EU: You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing the order or within fourteen days of receiving your order, whichever is the longer. We will refund you immediately* and if you have received your order, we ask that you contact us, either by email or by phone, so that we can organise the return of the goods. If you are outside the EU, we will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase. You may return any item to us provided you: (a) send the goods back to us with all original packing within fourteen days of delivery to you; (b) follow our instructions as stated in our Returns Policy; (c) accept that we are not responsible if the goods do not reach us for any reason. (d) If you order an incorrect item and it has not been opened or the seal broken we will happily accept the return and refund your account. (e) If a product is damaged in transit we may request photographic evidence in order to file a claim with the courier. (f) If a product is not fit for purpose we will require the product to be returned for further analysis. If the product cannot be returned then we will require the batch number and photographic evidence. We will normally refund an item prior to the return of evidence provided but we reserve the right to reclaim the refund if the evidence is not forthcoming. None of the above affects your statutory rights. Orders with an incorrect shipping address will be cancelled and refunded. We will email you to inform you if this problem arises. Uncollected orders that are returned to us will be either refunded less the cost of the postage if or, if the opportunity allows, we will contact you by email to offer the option of sending the order again provided we receive the full shipping cost again. This includes both International and domestic parcels. We will only consider a refund or replacement if a valid order reference number is provided. *Refunds may take several days to appear on your bank/card statement depending on your card issuer which is out of our control.
Our objective is to provide an efficient and secure delivery of your order. We communicate the various delivery services on our website. **** Please Note: We do not ship to PO boxes or hotel addresses. Domestic Delivery **** Delivery Time: Please allow between 3 to 4 working days from the time of processing to the time of shipment. Orders which cannot be delivered will be held at your local Mail sorting office for 5 days before being returned or the courier will try to deliver up to 2 times. As we understand, currently, you can contact your local depot to arrange for a more convenient time for the package to be re-delivered. It is your responsibility and we do suggest you contact your local sorting office before contacting us if you have waited more than seven working days. Please note: If your shipment has been lost in the post, the delivery service will only investigate 17 working days after it was dispatched from us as they only consider items to be officially lost after this length of time. After their investigations have been completed and the parcel has still not materialised they will refund our order value and shipping costs. We can then either reimburse you or resend the order if you so require.
Overseas Delivery - Please check our website to view the countries we currently ship to. **** Delivery Time: Please allow between 3 to 4 working days from the time of processing to the time of shipment. We reserve the right to decline or reduce the quantity of your order if we consider the product(s) to be too fragile or heavy to send. Orders are processed and shipped between 1 and 3 working days depending on what time of the day the order was placed. As the International Recorded service is used we are unable to guarantee a date and time for delivery. Delivery Times: We cannot normally guarantee a time and date of delivery once the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Most orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. However, for Domestic orders please allow 7 working days for delivery. International orders can take anywhere from between 7 and 21 working days unless the courier service is selected. The courier service provides a 3 - 7 working day service depending on the destination. . Sometimes weather conditions can delay delivery and shipping (for example the storms in February 2014). Working Days = MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY We reserve the right to change these details without notice. Taxes The price you see against a product is inclusive of VAT. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

Artikel 10 – Uitsluiting herroepingsrecht
De ondernemer kan de navolgende producten en diensten uitsluiten van het herroepingsrecht, maar alleen als de ondernemer dit duidelijk bij het aanbod, althans tijdig voor het sluiten van de overeenkomst, heeft vermeld:
Producten of diensten waarvan de prijs gebonden is aan schommelingen op de financiële markt waarop de ondernemer geen invloed heeft en die zich binnen de herroepingstermijn kunnen voordoen
Overeenkomsten die gesloten zijn tijdens een openbare veiling. Onder een openbare veiling wordt verstaan een verkoopmethode waarbij producten, digitale inhoud en/of diensten door de ondernemer worden aangeboden aan de consument die persoonlijk aanwezig is of de mogelijkheid krijgt persoonlijk aanwezig te zijn op de veiling, onder leiding van een veilingmeester, en waarbij de succesvolle bieder verplicht is de producten, digitale inhoud en/of diensten af te nemen;
Dienstenovereenkomsten, na volledige uitvoering van de dienst, maar alleen als:
de uitvoering is begonnen met uitdrukkelijke voorafgaande instemming van de consument; en
de consument heeft verklaard dat hij zijn herroepingsrecht verliest zodra de ondernemer de overeenkomst volledig heeft uitgevoerd;
Dienstenovereenkomsten voor terbeschikkingstelling van accommodatie, als in de overeenkomst een bepaalde datum of periode van uitvoering is voorzien en anders dan voor woondoeleinden, goederenvervoer, autoverhuurdiensten en catering;
Overeenkomsten met betrekking tot vrijetijdsbesteding, als in de overeenkomst een bepaalde datum of periode van uitvoering daarvan is voorzien;
Volgens specificaties van de consument vervaardigde producten, die niet geprefabriceerd zijn en die worden vervaardigd op basis van een individuele keuze of beslissing van de consument, of die duidelijk voor een specifieke persoon bestemd zijn;
Producten die snel bederven of een beperkte houdbaarheid hebben;
Verzegelde producten die om redenen van gezondheidsbescherming of hygiëne niet geschikt zijn om te worden teruggezonden en waarvan de verzegeling na levering is verbroken;
Producten die na levering door hun aard onherroepelijk vermengd zijn met andere producten;
Alcoholische dranken waarvan de prijs is overeengekomen bij het sluiten van de overeenkomst, maar waarvan de levering slechts kan plaatsvinden na 30 dagen, en waarvan de werkelijke waarde afhankelijk is van schommelingen van de markt waarop de ondernemer geen invloed heeft;
Verzegelde audio-, video-opnamen en computerprogrammatuur, waarvan de verzegeling na levering is verbroken;
Kranten, tijdschriften of magazines, met uitzondering van abonnementen hierop;
De levering van digitale inhoud anders dan op een materiële drager, maar alleen als:
de uitvoering is begonnen met uitdrukkelijke voorafgaande instemming van de consument; en
de consument heeft verklaard dat hij hiermee zijn herroepingsrecht verliest.
